These terms and policies can be changed at anytime. Violation of
these policies may result in the suspension or termination of your
account. bithosting.net shall not be liable for any refunds,
damages or data loss if your account is terminated for TOS
violations.
Abuse Policy and illegal content
DDoS attacks or any other attacks launched from within our servers
or against our servers will result in your account being
terminated. No cracked/pirated software, illegal mp3s,
virus/trojans (nor can you link to it). No illegal pornography (eg.
kiddie porn) Any user in violation of this policy will have their
site suspended and asked to remove it. Failure to do so will result
in account termination.
Adult Material
bithosting.net does not allow pornographic sites to be hosted on
its virtual hosting plans. Dedicated server clients are allowed to
host adult content as long as it is legal.
Spam Policy
bithosting.net does not condone spamming. If you're found to be
spamming from our servers your account will be terminated. Anyone
who knowingly and willingly violates this policy will be terminated
and no refunds will be given.
